The CMx resistor series from Isabellenhütte have been designed for power hybrid applications being AEC-Q200 qualified for the automotive industry.
This resistor series offers a resistance range from 0.010 Ω to 0.500Ω with tolerances of either 1% or 5%. Depending on the resistance values required they come in 3 different chip sizes of 1206, 2010 and 2512. The CMx series from Isabellenhütte, also have a constant current up to either 10A, 14A or 16A, high pulse power rating, good long-term stability and either a 1W, 2W or 2.5W power rating at 70°C. TCR of 50 ppm/K and a temperature range of −65°C to +170°C.
